📞 HOW SESSION SCHEDULING WORKS

After booking, you will receive an email with available appointment dates and times. You will choose from the options provided.

Once your time is selected and confirmed through email, your appointment is locked in.

I will personally call you at the phone number provided at checkout.

Make sure your number is entered correctly.

⏰ SESSION TIME POLICY — PLEASE READ

You are allowed a strict 5-minute grace period only.

• I will reach out 5 minutes before your session to confirm
• If there is no response, I will make a second attempt with a voicemail
• If you do not answer within 5 minutes of your scheduled time, the session is considered missed

🚫 No reschedules. No refunds. No exceptions.

Book only when you are fully available.

If your session is missed, you will receive a $20 shop credit to use toward anything in the shop. All shop credits expire at the end of the calendar year and cannot be transferred, combined, or redeemed for cash.
