Dead Sea Salt, Epsom Salt, Pink Himalayan Salt, Lavender Buds, Rose Petals, Calendula Flowers, and Chamomile Flowers.

Add approximately ½ to 1 cup to warm running bath water. Allow the botanicals to steep as the tub fills. Relax for 15–30 minutes while enjoying prayer, meditation, journaling, or quiet reflection.
Add approximately ¼ cup to a basin of warm water and soak for 15–20 minutes.
For easier cleanup, place the bath blend inside a reusable muslin bag, organza bag, or tea sachet before adding it to the water.
